Editor's Note. "Paul Sakamoto"
For this issue on test, we asked Paul Sakamoto, vice president of the memory strategic business unit at Cadence Systems Corp., Fremont, Calif., to share his many years of expertise in ATE equipment and applications with us.In five years with Credence, he has held numerous positions, including vice president of North American sales. Prior to joining Credence, Mr. Sakamoto held various posts at Megatest (now a division of Teradyne), from 1983-1994. He worked at Intel Corp. from 1977-1983.
