Chip Placement Systems Deliver High Precision
A newly introduced series of pick-and-place systems from Zevatech, the FlexLine 2000 Series, offer high volume throughput and fine pitch placement.The FlexLine 2000 Series includes four systems covering a range of components and applications. For example, the FH 2020, is a high speed, flexible machine for components 0201 up to 50 mm2. It also handles BGA, QFP and µBGA® packages with an optional camera.
