Test/Debug System Connects to µBGA Package
Emulation Technology has announced a CSP Signal Access Tool Kit™ (SAT) for debugging and developing products which employ the µBGA package.The SAT provides access to individual signals on the candidate PC board and mBGA package. The SAT has been extensively beta tested, according to Emulation Technology, and is available from the company or its distributors.
Emulation Technology has also modified its MicroGripper™ to further simplify access to the CSPs by rotating the tynes 90 degrees. The MicroGripper connects the unit to test equipment, such as emulators, logic analyzers and oscilloscopes.
