He is also the liaison between the sales and technical teams in Asia and the factory in Carlsbad. Edington was most recently technical support supervisor for Asymtek. Prior to joining the company, he served with Riso Inc. in a technical support management role. Cain will be responsible for marketing the company's electronic formulated liquids product line, while Wang will identify emerging opportunities for semi-conductor molding compounds. Prior to joining Dexter, Cain worked in various posts at Henkel KGaA. He earned a bachelor's degree from Judson College and a master's from Aurora University. Wang joined Dexter from Kester Solder, where he was charged with technical and marketing responsibility for underfills, encapsulants and other materials.
