Allteq Open/Short Tester
The LF 4000 strip feed open/short tester is ideal for use with the mini BGA, µBGA and BGA package formats and others which are electronically isolated within a strip. The standard configuration offers 250 test points, with 500, 700, 1000 and more available as options.
